Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CogQuiz services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Service Description

CogQuiz provides AI-powered human verification services for employers. Our platform analyzes candidate behavior during a multi-part test to determine the likelihood that the candidate is a human rather than an AI or bot. Results are provided as a confidence score and verdict, not as absolute determinations.

Employer Responsibilities

You must be authorized to use CogQuiz on behalf of your organization
You are responsible for the accuracy of the candidate email addresses you provide
You agree to use verification results only for legitimate hiring purposes
You will not use CogQuiz to verify automated systems, bots, or for any fraudulent purpose
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

Candidate Data

CogQuiz collects behavioral data from candidates including typing patterns, mouse movement, and response timing. This data is used solely for verification scoring. Candidates should be informed that they will be taking a human verification test as part of your hiring process.

Subscription and Billing

All paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance
Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled
You may cancel your subscription at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period
Unused verifications do not roll over to the next month
Enterprise plans with invoice billing require payment within 30 days of invoice date

Limitation of Liability

CogQuiz provides verification services "as is." We do not guarantee that candidates identified as "verified" are definitively human, nor do we guarantee that candidates identified as "suspected bot" are definitively non-human. Verification results should be used as one factor in hiring decisions, not as the sole determinant. CogQuiz is not liable for hiring decisions made based on verification results.

Prohibited Uses

Using CogQuiz to verify bots, AI systems, or automated processes
Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy our verification methodology
Reselling or redistributing verification results to third parties
Using CogQuiz for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CogQuiz services if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or cancelling your subscription.
