FAQ
What counts as a "verification"?
Each time a candidate completes the full test — regardless of result — counts as one verification. Partial attempts or abandoned sessions don't count.
Are all plans subscription-based?
Yes. All paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed on the same date each month. Cancel anytime; your plan stays active through the billing period.
What if I exceed my monthly limit?
On paid plans, additional verifications pause until your next billing cycle. On the Free plan, additional verifications are blocked. Contact us to add capacity.
Do you offer invoice billing?
Yes. For Scale plan (1,000/month) and custom high-volume plans, we offer invoice billing with Net 30 payment terms. Contact sales to set this up.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and wire transfer for annual Enterprise contracts.
Do unused verifications roll over?
No — each month you receive a fresh allocation based on your plan tier. Need more regularly? Consider upgrading.
