Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a "verification"?
Each time a candidate completes the full verification test, it counts as one verification. Partial attempts or abandoned tests don't count.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my monthly verifications?
On the free plan, additional verifications are blocked until the next month. On paid plans, you can add more verifications at $0.05 each, or upgrade to a higher tier.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
